Out of town Families

Long-distance caregivers are a large and growing group. At Grand Assistance, we work hard to help you balance your family life and career with elder care responsibilities.

Caring from a distance

It’s not easy to care for elderly parents or loved ones from many miles away and to help aging relatives stay in their homes and maintain their independence. At Grand Assistance we have plenty of resources to help you navigate the maze of care for an elder. A custom care plan ensures that the everyday essential tasks are done. Your Client Advisor and Assistants work as a team to ensure your loved one is happy, safe and comfortable. An integral part of the care plan is to keep you informed about your loved ones progress. You decide whether you would like a regular phone call or e-mail to keep you up to date. You can also access our web portal anytime to view your loved ones schedule of care. For assistance a few hours a week, several hours a day or constant 24 hour care we can accommodate your needs.
