All “Grand Assistants” are employees of Grand Assistance, Inc.. This is important to you because our Assistants have Workers Compensation Insurance, Unemployment Benefits, Payroll Tax Withholding, we are Bonded and have our backgrounds investigated.
We work hard to attract caregivers who meet our demanding standards and embrace our principles of Client service. Our Assistants are the type of people to go beyond your expectations.
Assistants are selected with care and:
- Have a minimum of one year of related experience, verified with reference checks
- Successfully complete our Grand Assistance skills evaluation
- Are interviewed by our Care Coordinator and Client Advisor
- Have two professional references verified
- Are investigated for:
- - Criminal Background Nationwide
- - Identity Check
- - Immigration Status
- - Department of Motor Vehicle Check
- Have their fingerprints reviewed by the FBI
- Complete a Grand Assistance Orientation
- Are fully bonded and Insured
- Complete ongoing in-service training
- Have regular performance evaluations with incentives for client satisfaction.
