Skilled home health care services are provided by Nurses and Therapists generally for medical rehabilitation. Skilled home health care service is most frequently ordered by your physician and the costs are usually associated with Medicare and private medical insurance. The attention you receive from Skilled Home Health Care is mostly limited to time spent with your Nurse or Therapist. Grand Assistance works with local skilled home health care agencies to supplement the custodial portion of assistance not covered by Medicare. Ask us for a skilled care agency referral.
